Pillar 1: Donate, Don't Dump
Every job, we sort items into donate, recycle, and dispose categories. Usable furniture, clothing, appliances, and household goods go to local charities.

Annual Target: 500+ items donated, $15,000+ in estimated value annually
Pillar 2: Service for Seniors & Veterans
Free or deeply discounted junk removal for seniors 65+ on fixed income, active-duty military families, veterans, and disabled residents.
Partners:
Annual Target: Up to 2 free jobs per month, max $300 value each. $7,200 annual commitment.
Pillar 3: Community Cleanups
We lead or support 4+ community cleanup events per year, partnering with the City of Pampa, Keep Pampa Beautiful, and neighborhood associations.

Pillar 4: Nonprofit & School Support
One free truckload per quarter for qualified nonprofits. Youth sports sponsorships. School cleanup day support.

Annual Target: 5+ nonprofit partners, $1,500/year in youth sports sponsorships
